I believe that promises should be reserved for those capable of honoring them. I'm stunned at the number of people who come to me because they were burned by another designer. Let me make this crystal clear...when you entrust your business with me, I'll work hard to prove that this trust was well placed. As such, I make the following promises to you as a client:
I promise quick and courteous communication - while located in Marble Falls, Texas, the majority of my clients are out of state or even out of the country. As such, I'm sensitive to the timezone differences and strive to make myself available seven days a week and in the evenings if scheduled. I am totally committed to my business and this means I can better tend to yours. I'm not afraid to burn the midnight oil and clients have come to enjoy quick replies to their inquiries and support requests...even very late at night or during holidays.
I promise to fully understand the scope of your online needs - I'm tired of seeing the same old canned "me too" solutions that fail to address the actual needs of the client. Using some pre-designed web template that hundreds of others can also use just won't give your business its own flavor or personality. Unlike the many firms I've come across, I understand the importance of being unique and I'll work to give your business an online identity that it can proudly call its own.
I promise to complete your project on time - I pride myself on my ability to meet or beat even the most impossible deadlines. For large projects, performance benchmarks are set along with penalties should I miss a mark. This will provide you with the added peace of mind that your project won't end up being an endless source of frustration and excuses.
I promise to deliver the best I have to offer no matter the size of the project - small projects and big projects alike, I give the same level of courtesy and attention to ensure that the job is done right the first time, every time. Whether crafting sales copy, writing a web article, or cultivating a major ecommerce platform, I'm committed to demonstrating excellence from start to finish.
I promise to be there when the project is over - I won't just provide the deliverables and then disappear. Instead, I provide ongoing support and assistance for as long as you need it. I do not charge for technical issues or big fixes, and always provide low-cost maintenance options to all clients upon a project's completion.
